Job Description

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who has a strong track record in Healthcare/IT services sales, thrives on challenges and can lead with vision and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify and convert high-value opportunities through effective lead generation, networking, and market research.
  • Build, maintain and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including proposals, RFPs, negotiations and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities and business risks.
  • Mentor and guide junior business development executives to strengthen the overall sales function.

 

Skills & Expertise Required:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in Business Development, preferably in Healthcare/IT services and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of global sales strategies, client acquisition and revenue generation models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets consistently.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, market expansion and client relationship management.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Hi-visibility on LinkedIn and ability to network with the decision-makers.
  • Participate in the client calls with the Solution team during the client’s time zone.
