Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and convert high-value opportunities through effective lead generation, networking, and market research.
- Build, maintain and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including proposals, RFPs, negotiations and deal closures.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities and business risks.
- Mentor and guide junior business development executives to strengthen the overall sales function.
Skills & Expertise Required:
- 10+ years of proven experience in Business Development, preferably in Healthcare/IT services and solutions.
- Strong knowledge of global sales strategies, client acquisition and revenue generation models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets consistently.
- Expertise in strategic planning, market expansion and client relationship management.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Hi-visibility on LinkedIn and ability to network with the decision-makers.
- Participate in the client calls with the Solution team during the client’s time zone.
