Role Overview

As a Jr. Human Resources, you will work closely with the HR team to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings and reviewing resumes. 
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates. 
  • Assist in new employee orientation and paperwork. 
  • Contribute to training program coordination. 
  • Assist in maintaining employee records. 
  • Maintain and update HR databases and records. 
  • Assist in handling employee inquiries and requests. 
  • Contribute to the resolution of basic employee issues.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Organizational and time-management abilities. 
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
